Land development and construction of concrete and steel fence that enclose the custodian of Holy Mosques Sports Complex in Djibouti. Construction of a Sports complex with a Multi-purpose play ground including a Football court and Running Tracks, provided with concrete sitting areas, a Basketball court with a concrete sitting area, a Hand Ball court with a concrete sitting area, Tennis Court and Volleyball Court. Construction of Administrative Building, public Toilets, a Sub-station, Water Tank, Septic Tank and Irrigation Tanks, with all common services and courts lighting.
