Dubai Customs Inspection Facility Bldg. (G+2) with Control Tower at Dubai Creek

Design and construction of the Dubai Customs Inspection Facility Bldg. (G+2) with its Control Tower. Construction of a two floor - 800 m2 (each floor) concrete and masonry building to be used as the customs inspection facility and control tower with separated scanner and conveying system in a separate pre-engineered building for new port. Land development, provision of a parking area and a connecting road to the existing interlock pavement, bordered with curbstones. Project was executed in collaboration with design office CHSS- UAE and marine specialist MAR Marine to full satisfaction of local authorities requirement including civil, electrical and mechanical scopes, security and fire fighting systems, all delivered on time.
